Who we are
Petit Mokus PlanIt is a Petit Mokus product. It uses the same Petit Mokus account as our other products.
What we collect
Your account (name, email, password, language). What you and the organisers enter in a plan: dates, address, the house and its photos, people (names; for children only a first name or nickname; for pets a name), rooms, responsibilities and who takes them on, and messages. We do not collect ages, birth dates, health, allergies or school information.
Why
To run the plans you create or join, show everyone the same information, send the emails you choose, and keep PlanIt secure. We never sell data and there is no advertising.
Plans open to anyone with the link
If organisers open a plan to anyone with the link, anyone who receives or is forwarded the link can see it, including the address and photos. A name given by a guest does not prove who they are.
Guests
A guest is recognised by a random code stored in this browser only. If the browser’s data is cleared, the guest identity cannot be recovered. Creating an account from the same browser keeps everything.
How long we keep data
Deleted plans are erased after 30 days, photos included. Guest identities are deleted 30 days after they are removed from a plan, and 90 days after the plan ends. If you delete your account, you appear as “Former participant” in plans.
Who processes it
Supabase (database and storage, in the EU, Frankfurt), Vercel (hosting), Resend (email) and Cloudflare (domain and bot protection).
Your rights
You can see, correct, export or delete your data, and leave any plan at any time. To exercise your rights or ask a question, contact us through petitmokus.com.
